Job Summary We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and qualified manner.

- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and follow up until resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Educate customers about products, services, and best practices.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.




- Prepare daily and weekly customer support reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service quality standards.

Required Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Customer-centric attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 0–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, Telugu are mandatory.
