We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Customer Support Executive to promote our e-learning solutions to industries, SMEs, engineering colleges, and universities across India.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in making outbound calls, and the ability to identify and qualify potential business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective corporate customers, SMEs, engineering colleges, and universities across India.
- Connect with Plant Managers, HR Managers, L&D; Managers, SME owners, Principals, Deans, and other decision-makers.
- Introduce corporate, SME, and educational e-learning licence solutions.
- Identify customer training requirements and assess their interest in e-learning programmes.
- Qualify potential leads and collect relevant customer information.
- Share course catalogues, brochures, and product details with interested prospects.
- Coordinate online demonstrations, customer meetings, and trial licence activation.




- Follow up with prospects regarding demonstrations, trials, and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.

Job Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in making outbound cold calls and speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Robust interpersonal, listening, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify customer requirements and qualify business opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of email communication, Microsoft Excel, and online meeting platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented, organised, and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with e-learning, corporate training, education, or technical courses will be an advantage.
