Job Title : Customer Service Executive – US Lead Generation Location: Thane, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Department: Customer Support - Operations Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year (International Voice Process/Lead Generation) Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month Attractive Performance-Based Incentives Shift: Fixed Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM) Working Days: Monday to Friday Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed) About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our International Voice Process (US) team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers in the US market, identifying business opportunities, qualifying leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, confidence in handling customer conversations, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the US market. Generate and qualify leads through calling existing customers. Identify and upsell relevant financial products while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.

Maintain courteous, conversational, and clear communication during all customer interactions. Build rapport with prospects and maintain a professional approach throughout the interaction. Update lead details, call outcomes, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize conversions. Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly lead generation and performance targets. Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.

Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and client requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong command of spoken English with a neutral accent.

Experience in International Voice Process, US Sales, Telemarketing, or Lead Generation. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales and lead generation targets. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to work in a fixed US night shift.

Eligibility: 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in International Voice Process, Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Inside Sales or US Process. Graduate or Undergraduate can apply. Candidates with prior US/UK/Australia process experience are applicable. Immediate joiners are preferred.
