We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We are looking for a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in customer support, customer service, voice process, or BPO.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Record customer interactions and maintain updated information in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution.
- Maintain service quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Voice Process, BPO, or Call Centre.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Valuable listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Language Requirement: Bengali & Hindi Mandatory
