We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist – UK Export for a leading multinational manufacturing organization based in *GIFT City, Gandhinagar.

The role is responsible for managing the complete customer order lifecycle for export business, ensuring seamless coordination from order receipt to final delivery while delivering exceptional customer service. The selected candidate will work closely with global customers and internal teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, and Finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate documentation, and high customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the complete export order lifecycle, from customer onboarding and order processing to invoicing and final delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and delivering excellent customer service.

Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Process high-volume customer orders in SAP and maintain customer master data, pricing, and contracts.

Prepare and coordinate export documentation, customer invoicing, and credit/debit notes while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Monitor order status, product availability, shipments, and backorders to ensure timely deliveries.

Build strong customer relationships, manage customer feedback, and resolve complaints through effective corrective actions.

Support sales operations with MIS reporting, Salesforce administration, and month-end activities.

Assist the Finance team with month-end closing processes and audit requirements.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, service quality,



and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree with experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations, Order Management, or Export Operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is essential. Salesforce knowledge will be an advantage.
- Extremely proficient and experienced in export documentation and compliance.
- Excellent English communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in UK shift timings and support rotational weekend operations when required.

Compensation: The organization can offer up to a 25% hike on the candidate's current fixed (on-paper) CTC.
