Job Role: Inbound Voice Process + Upselling
You will handle inbound calls from customers of a telecom process. Your role will involve assisting customers with queries related to billing, account information, plans, services, and other telecom-related concerns. You will also identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or service upgrades through upselling.
