We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The candidate will support US-based pharmacies by handling prescription processing, insurance billing, and prior authorization tasks while maintaining high accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Process and enter prescription orders into pharmacy management systems.
Perform medical billing and insurance claim processing for US healthcare plans.
Handle prior authorization requests and insurance verification.
Review and resolve rejected insurance claims and billing errors.
Communicate with US pharmacies, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and pharmacy guidelines.
Assist with refill requests and prescription status updates.
Maintain productivity and quality standards for assigned tasks.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Basic math and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
Willingness to work night shifts (US process)
Basic computer and typing skills
Prior experience with prior authorization or pharmacy billing
Male candidates preferred
