We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in the Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Export-Import industry. The ideal candidate should have experience handling Middle East clients, managing shipment-related customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Logistics/Shipping/Freight Forwarding/Export-Import Customer Service.

Experience handling Middle East clients is mandatory.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Experience coordinating shipment-related activities and customer queries.

Willing to work from Vaishali Sector 1, Ghaziabad.

Candidates residing within 20–30 km of the office will be preferred.
