About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat.

- Assist customers with reservations, modifications, and cancellations.

- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

- Follow up with customers regarding pending quotes and reservations.

- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth trip operations.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

- Provide timely updates to customers regarding their bookings.

- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.





Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Valuable computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM software).

- Fast typing speed and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

- Strong customer-first attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 13 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, Hospitality, or Transportation industry.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
