Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Voice Inbound Executives for a leading BFSI process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, addressing banking-related queries, and delivering high-quality customer service while complying with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls related to banking and financial services
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Adhere to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and call quality standards
- Document customer interactions and update systems accurately

Eligibility Criteria:





- Minimum 12 months of experience in Customer Service within Banking/BPO/BFSI
- Graduation is mandatory
- Versant Level 5 communication skills required
- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts

Salary:

- Up to 32,000 CTC
