Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage end-to-end O2C and sales order processing.
2. Process customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
3. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
4. Resolve customer queries and ensure timely order fulfillment.
5. Maintain order records and prepare MIS reports.
Requirements : Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Customer Service/Order Management/O2C.
Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle or equivalent) and MS Excel.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
