Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer concerns.




- Maintain customer records and update case details in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet quality standards, productivity targets, and SLA requirements.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Undergraduate or Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
- Basic understanding of MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.
- Strong customer service attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
