About the Company

We are a growing jewellery brand with a strong online presence through our website and social media platforms. We are looking for a customer-focused and organized qualified to manage customer inquiries, coordinate orders, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website chat, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, customization, shipping, returns, and exchanges.

- Maintain customer records, orders, follow-ups, and documentation using Excel or CRM.

- Coordinate with sales, production, inventory, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.

- Monitor website and social media messages and ensure timely responses.

- Prepare quotations, invoices, order confirmations, and customer support reports.

- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.





Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.

- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

- Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred

- Experience in Jewellery, E-commerce, Fashion, Luxury Retail, or Lifestyle brands is an advantage.

- Knowledge of CRM or order management systems is preferred.

- Candidates residing in Thane will be given preference.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
