We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships throughout the interior project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, the sales team, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth communication, timely updates, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients after project confirmation.

- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.

- Coordinate with the design, execution, and sales teams to ensure smooth project progress.

- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

- Schedule client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

- Collect customer feedback and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.





- Prepare reports on customer interactions, project status, and service performance.

- Support post-project follow-ups and encourage customer referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or client relationship management.

- Experience in the interior design, construction, or related industry is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Ability to handle customer issues with professionalism and empathy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
