Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a customer Relation Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and client handling.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
