Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Job Summary We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to strengthen customer relationships, drive business growth, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, and account handling, with strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. The role requires a strategic thinker who can improve customer retention, achieve business targets, develop sales strategies, and create long-term value through effective customer management.

Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. Act as the key point of contact for customers and ensure excellent customer experience throughout the relationship journey. Understand customer needs, provide suitable solutions, and ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns.

Manage customer engagement activities, regular follow-ups, meetings, and relationship-building initiatives. Reconnect with untouched, inactive, and dormant customers to rebuild relationships and generate new business opportunities. Develop and implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase customer value and revenue.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute towards achieving sales and organizational targets. Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools. Analyse customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer support. Organize customer events, meetings, product demonstrations, and engagement activities.



Develop innovative ideas and strategies to improve customer experience and business performance.

Prepare customer reports, sales updates, MIS reports, and relationship management dashboards. Understand company products, services, and processes to effectively support customer requirements. Demonstrate leadership qualities by supporting team goals and driving customer-focused initiatives.

Manage priorities effectively with strong time management and follow-up discipline.

Qualifications Any Bachelor's degree is mandatory. 3–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Service . Strong experience in handling customer relationships and sales-driven activities.

Experience with CRM software and customer lifecycle management. Proficiency in Tally, CRM and reporting tools.
