Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders and inquiries
2. Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
3. Handle order processing,
tracking, and documentation
4. Resolve customer complaints related to product quality, delays, or logistics
5. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support new client onboarding
6. Provide regular updates to customers on order status and delivery schedules
7. Collaborate with sales teams for order confirmations and client requirements
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and customer specifications
9. Gather customer feedback and share with production/quality teams
