At IdeaNet, we deliver high-quality engineering and steel detailing solutions. We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Sales Consultant with deep industry expertise in the US Structural Steel Detailing market to drive business growth and expand our client base.

What You’ll Do

- Drive Business Opportunities: Proactively identify, engage, and build strong relationships with US business stakeholders and prospective clients.
- Expand Market Reach: Leverage networking, market intelligence, industry experience, and travel to uncover potential leads and arrange strategic meetings with key executives.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Maintain a structured funnel sheet to track opportunities from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate & Close: Lead contract negotiations, close business deals, and manage customer escalations seamlessly.
- Collaborate for Success:



Partner with internal delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are met and achieve agreed-upon sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of direct experience selling Structural Steel Detailing services in the US market.
- Geographic Focus: Deep understanding of the US construction/steel detailing geography and industry dynamics (Texas-based candidates preferred).
- Track Record: Proven ability to achieve sales targets, negotiate successfully, and close deals.
- Skills: Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Mindset: Self-starter with a robust work ethic, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any domain.

Position Details
