What You'll Do - Handle customer enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Website.
- Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable villas and homestays.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Guide guests throughout the reservation process.
- Coordinate with property owners and the operations team.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Follow up with pending leads and quotations.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Upsell premium properties and additional services whenever appropriate.
What We're Looking For - Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with robust problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1+ year of experience in Hospitality, Travel, Reservations, Customer Support, BPO, or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
