Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist customers visiting the project.
- Conduct project presentations and sample flat walkthroughs.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Maintain customer records and CRM.
- Coordinate site visits and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the marketing team to manage enquiries.
- Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the customer journey.
