The ideal candidate should have experience in both customer support and sales, with solid communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.

Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.




- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
- Perform cross-selling and upselling to increase customer value and sales.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, feedback, and support requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details.

Requirements - 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/customer support tools preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
