We are hiring Customer Care Officers. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and promoting banking products such as credit/debit card upgrades, EMI conversions, loan top-ups, and insurance products.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 to 30 years - 12th pass & above candidates eligible Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls professionally Promote and upsell banking products and services Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information Maintain customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets Update customer interaction details in the system Language Requirements:
- English Hindi - English Tamil / Malayalam - English with Gujrathi/Bengali/Punjabi can also apply.
Salary Structure: ₹23,000 CTC | ₹22,500 Take Home Shift Details: 9-hour shift with 6 days working Rotational weekly off Male candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts Female candidates: Day shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM Work Mode: Work from Office
