We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for an International Voice Process with a leading E-commerce company. The role involves handling customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds while providing an excellent customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve order-related queries.
- Assist customers with returns, refunds, delivery issues, and order tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Update CRM/ticketing systems with accurate customer interactions and resolutions.
- Maintain quality standards and deliver high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer applications.




- Willingness to work in UK/US shifts.
