Job Summary The Customer Care Manager (CCM) is responsible for managing customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, improving service quality, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales and after-sales journey. The role requires strong leadership, CRM knowledge, and dealership operations experience.
KEY RESPONSIBITIES

REQUIREMENT
- Automobile experience is mandatory (minimum 5 years)

- Diploma/Any degree
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
