Job Summary

Customer Care position is open for immediate hiring

Responsibilities

- Making calls to potential customers
- Orders Confirmation
- Orders Courier Management
- Explaining company services and products
- Maintaining daily call records
- Submitting daily progress reports
- Maintaining work sheets

Qualifications:
- 12th grade or higher education
- Fluent communication skills in the local language
- Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Education

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
- Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
- Hindi (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
