Qualification: Any graduation with positive knowledge of MS Office
Experience: 2–5 years in customer service, customer support, or a related role
Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution
