Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Experience: 6 Months 1 Year
Freshers: Candidates with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service (preferred)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Robust customer service and problem-solving skills
- Process traning will be provided
- Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, or Marathi will be an added advantage
Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Shift: Day Shift
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
