We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing product and service information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within the defined SLA.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems with complete details.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
- Adhere to company processes, compliance guidelines, and data security policies.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
- 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Voice Process, Call Center, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Hindi and regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and a target-driven setting.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Languages: English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu.
