- Understand and implement the Firms initiatives related to Lifelong Learning, Education, Setting and Volunteering
- Responsible for implementation and monitoring of our programmes at development partner sites, schools/NGOs
- Coordinate volunteering programme for the West region
- Manage databases for projects and activities
- Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders like employees, NGOs, School authorities, beneficiaries, etc.
Qualifications and skills:
- Should be a Graduate, however a Postgraduate (Social Sciences) is preferable
- 0 to 1 year of work experience
- Prior experience in the sector will be preferred
- Should have excellent communication (oral and written) skills so as to independently communicate with Partner organisations and co-workers.
- Should have strong interpersonal skills
- Should be able to work well in a team and manage group activities
- Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software, Excel skills required
- Should be able to analyse and interpret large and complex data effectively
- Should be able to manage multiple programmes and responsibilities
