- Manage RBI and FEMA compliances related to overseas investments.
- Prepare, review, and file regulatory reports and submissions within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and external advisors.
- Monitor RBI notifications, FEMA amendments, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain compliance trackers and ensure timely completion of obligations.
- Assist in preparing board notes, resolutions,
and transaction documentation.
- Develop and strengthen compliance processes, controls, and SOPs.
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified CS and CA preferred
- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in compliance, legal, secretarial, treasury, or regulatory roles.
- Strong understanding of RBI and FEMA regulations.
- Experience in overseas direct investments (ODI), cross-border transactions, and related reporting.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and analytical abilities.
