Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CS Management Trainee to join our team in Gurugram. The trainee will assist the Secretarial and Compliance team in ensuring adherence to corporate laws and regulatory requirements while gaining hands-on experience in corporate governance and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of statutory registers and records.
- Support the filing of necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
- Help organize board meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Conduct research on corporate governance best practices.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, such as resolutions and agreements.
- Monitor compliance with corporate laws and regulations.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.
- Participate in company secretarial audits and compliance checks.

Qualification
- CS Executive level cleared.
- Pursuing CS Final/ Qualified level.

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
- Basic knowledge of MCA portal and statutory filings
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
