Retention Executive

Overview

We are seeking a talented Retention Executive to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value through strategic retention campaigns. This role focuses on reducing churn, increasing repeat purchases, and building lasting customer relationships through multi-channel retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies to reduce customer churn and increase CLV

- Design, launch, and manage email marketing campaigns including welcome series, re-engagement, and promotional campaigns

- Manage social media channels and create content that drives engagement and brand loyalty

- Implement and manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) strategies including review monitoring and response

- Analyze customer segmentation data and create personalized retention campaigns for different customer cohorts

- Monitor key retention metrics including repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value, and net churn





- Collaborate with product and customer service teams to identify and address churn drivers

- Conduct customer feedback analysis and report actionable insights to leadership

Required Experience & Skills

- 3+ years of experience in customer retention, retention marketing, or customer success

- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and campaign management

- Robust understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention metrics

- Experience managing social media channels and building engaged communities

- Proficiency in data analysis and segmentation to drive personalized campaigns

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Project management and organizational abilities

Nice-to-Have

- Hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms

- Advanced proficiency with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms

- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation

- Knowledge of SMS marketing and push notification strategies
