- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Manage customer inquiries, order processing, and order status updates
- Generate periodic reports on order status, customer feedback, complaints, and service performance .
- Support the sales team in maintaining solid customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction .
