CRM Manager for a SME @ Erode :

To manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle—from initial lead acquisition and sales conversion to payment collection and long-term retention. You will be the primary custodian of the customer relationship, ensuring seamless communication and financial health for every account.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the sales funnel within the CRM, ensuring rapid follow-up on order inquiries and preparing quotations.
2. Collaborate with the production team to provide accurate delivery times and close high-value industrial orders by providing customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor accounts receivable (AR) within the CRM; proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and payment milestones.
4. Quickly resolve billing discrepancies or delivery issues that may be delaying payments.
5. Act as the single point of contact from the "Order Received" stage through "Delivery" and "Post-Sale Service."
6. Design and trigger CRM workflows for order confirmations, shipping updates, and "thank you" notes.
7. Provide integrated reports showing both projected sales and expected cash inflows.

Maintain 100% accurate records of client interactions, daily productivity, and payment behaviors.

Candidate Requirements: 3 years in B2B CRM, Sales Operations, or Account Management (Manufacturing background preferred).

Strong negotiation skills with a firm yet professional approach to collections.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics) and basic understanding of ERP integration.
