Position: CRM Executive Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Experience: 2–4 Years Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Developer Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive with 2–4 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships from booking to possession, ensuring timely communication, resolving customer queries, coordinating with internal departments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Manage the complete customer lifecycle from booking to possession. Handle customer queries, requests, complaints, and escalations professionally. Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Finance teams for timely customer updates.

Ensure timely collection of customer documents and maintain accurate records. Share payment reminders, demand letters, possession updates, and other customer communications. Assist customers with registration, agreement execution, home loan coordination, and possession formalities.

Maintain customer data and MIS reports in the CRM system.



Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines and company policies. Build and maintain solid customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and MS Office. Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Knowledge of RERA processes and real estate documentation will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline. 2–4 years of experience in CRM with a Real Estate Developer/Builder.

Experience handling residential real estate projects is preferred. Candidates residing in or near Goregaon will be preferred.
