Role & responsibilities 1.

Credit

Appraisal & Underwriting - Assess MSME loan proposals including LAP, Micro LAP, HL for Self-Employed, and Business Loans.

- Conduct detailed financial analysis of:
- ITRs, GST returns, bank statements
- Balance sheets & P&L; statements
- Cash flow assessment & surrogate income programs
- Evaluate business stability, repayment capacity, and industry risk.
- Recommend deviations with proper justification as per policy matrix.
- Maintain TAT as defined by credit policy.
- Risk Assessment & Due Diligence - Conduct personal discussion (PD) with applicants.
- Assess collateral security & property valuation reports.
- Coordinate with Legal, Technical for report validation.
- Identify early warning signals and mitigate credit risk. 3.

Portfolio

Monitoring - Track disbursed cases and monitor early delinquency trends.





- Support collections team for high-risk accounts.
- Ensure portfolio quality within defined bucket norms.
- Policy & Compliance - Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trail.
- Support internal and external audits. 5.

Business

Support - Coordinate with Sales/Branch team for structured proposals.

- Provide guidance to sourcing team on policy and documentation.
- Participate in training for updated credit norms. Preferred candidate profile - Strong knowledge of MSME financial analysis
- Understanding of banking products & collateral-based lending
- Positive understanding of property-backed loans
- 4+ Years of experience in Credit
