Job Summary

MantraCare is looking for an Operations & Credentialing Executive to manage provider onboarding, credential verification, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with healthcare providers across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end provider onboarding and credentialing process.
- Verify licenses, certifications, educational documents, and professional credentials.
- Maintain accurate provider records and documentation in internal systems.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers regarding pending documents and profile completion.
- Ensure provider profiles comply with internal quality and compliance standards.
- Respond to provider queries through email, chat, and phone.
- Coordinate with internal teams for profile activation and operational support.




- Maintain operational dashboards and update provider databases.
- Monitor credential expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Assist in improving operational processes and documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Credentialing, Healthcare Operations, or Provider Management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare credentialing or provider onboarding.
- Knowledge of international healthcare licenses and compliance (preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
