About Filmbaker

Filmbaker is a creative production company building an AI-native creative pipeline to create high-quality visual content at scale. We work across storytelling, advertising, branded content, video production, and emerging AI-powered creative workflows.

We are looking for a Creative Writer who can turn ideas into compelling stories, concepts, scripts, and written content that connects with audiences and brings creative projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts, ideas, and narratives for videos, campaigns, advertisements, and branded content.
- Write engaging scripts, storylines, dialogues, voiceovers, taglines, captions, and other creative copy.
- Translate briefs and client requirements into solid creative concepts and written narratives.
- Research topics, brands, audiences, and trends to develop relevant and original ideas.
- Develop content for different formats, platforms, audiences, and brand voices.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, animators, video editors, and other production teams.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines.
- Review and refine content based on feedback from clients and internal creative teams.
- Ensure content is grammatically accurate, clear, engaging, and aligned with the intended tone and message.
- Stay updated on advertising, social media, entertainment, storytelling, and creative trends.
- Explore and effectively use AI tools for brainstorming, research, ideation, scripting, and creative development.




- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and actively participate in concept development.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in creative writing, copywriting, scriptwriting, advertising, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent storytelling, conceptual thinking, and creative writing skills.
- Ability to write in different tones and styles depending on the brand, audience, and project.
- Strong understanding of storytelling structure, scripts, narratives, and visual communication.
- Ability to understand a creative brief and convert it into a compelling idea or narrative.
- Strong research and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and production teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and writing tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
