Role Description The Credit Card Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dera Baba Nanak. This role involves proactively identifying potential customers, explaining Axis Bank credit card features and benefits, and assisting customers with the application process while ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies. The executive will conduct in-person outreach, follow up on leads, and maintain strong relationships with customers and local partners to drive card acquisition and usage.





Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, updating customer records, coordinating with branch staff and back-office teams, and providing timely post-sales support. The role requires consistent fieldwork, professional conduct, and adherence to regulatory and internal risk guidelines.

Qualifications - Strong sales and customer acquisition skills, with the ability to meet and exceed credit card sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers and explaining product features clearly.
- Basic financial and banking knowledge, including understanding of credit cards, interest rates, fees, and compliance requirements.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads, maintain accurate records, and follow up systematically.
- Comfort with on-site fieldwork, including visiting customers and local businesses in and around Dera Baba Nanak.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary (12th grade); a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in retail banking, credit card sales, or financial services sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work ethically within regulatory, risk, and data privacy frameworks, and to follow Axis Bank's policies and procedures.
