About the Role The ConnectHub is looking for a Creative Specialist who can bring ideas to life through both compelling visuals and impactful words.
This is a hybrid creative role for someone with strong graphic design experience and an excellent command of language. You will work on social media content, marketing campaigns, brand communication, presentations, and other creative requirements across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Write clear, creative, and brand-appropriate copy for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, and videos.
- Develop creative concepts and translate campaign ideas into strong visual and written communication.
- Maintain consistency with each client’s brand identity, tone of voice, and communication guidelines.
- Collaborate with the social media, strategy, performance marketing, and client servicing teams.
- Adapt designs and copy based on feedback while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, design styles, and platform best practices.
- Manage multiple client projects and creative requirements simultaneously.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, advertising, social media, or a creative agency.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Excellent command of written English, with the ability to write concise and engaging copy.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, colour, and branding.
- Ability to think conceptually—not just execute designs from briefs.
- Attention to detail and the ability to proofread your own work.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple deadlines.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating graphic design and creative communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience creating short-form video content, reels, GIFs, or basic motion graphics.
- Hindi copywriting skills.
- Previous experience working with brands across different industries.
