About the Role

As the Creative Lead – Design, you'll be responsible for driving Cent's visual identity across digital, physical, and experiential platforms. You'll lead the design of brand campaigns, marketing assets, films, ads, and offline collaterals while ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience. Essentially you'll transform ideas into compelling visual stories & ensure how the brand visually communicates.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and evolve Cent's visual identity and brand design system.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Design impactful visuals for social media, websites, digital marketing, presentations, and product launches.
- Develop creative concepts and visual direction for films, advertisements, videos, and branded content.
- Design offline collaterals, event branding, merchandise, office branding, and other physical brand experiences.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, product teams, and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Maintain consistency across typography, color, imagery, layouts,



and overall visual language.
- Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-powered creative tools to continuously elevate the brand.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in brand design, visual communication, or creative design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, advertising, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other contemporary design tools.
- Experience designing for digital, print, film, and physical brand environments.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication.
- Excellent creative thinking, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in startups, consumer brands, healthcare, technology, or creative agencies is preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
