Social Inspector is looking for a Creative Head (Video) to manage the complete coordination of video shoots, editing timelines, and delivery workflows. The role will act as the central point of contact between brand managers, videographers, and editors to ensure smooth execution and timely submission of all video content.

Social Inspector is hiring a Creative Head (Video) to oversee end-to-end coordination of the video production workflow. The person in this role will be responsible for scheduling shoots, following up with brand managers for shoot dates, assigning shoots to videographers, coordinating with editors, and ensuring timely video submission. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agency setting.

After final submission, the role will include end-to-end ownership of the workflow. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all shoots from planning to execution.

Follow up with brand managers to confirm shoot dates, requirements, and approvals.

Assign shoots to videographers based on availability and project priority.





Assign videos to editors with clear timelines and delivery expectations.

Track editing progress and ensure final video submissions are made on time.

Maintain workflow coordination between production, editing, and brand teams.

Share timely updates and escalate delays when required.

After final submission, ensure end-to-end ownership of the workflow.

Required Skills and Profile

1–2 years of relevant experience in video production coordination, content operations, or related work.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Good organizational and time-management ability.

Basic understanding of shoot planning, editing workflow, and delivery cycles.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines effectively.

Preferred Background: Agency experience preferred.
