We’re looking for an exceptional Creative Director to lead the creative output across our growing digital agency.

This is not a role for someone who simply produces attractive designs. We’re looking for someone who understands brands , visual identity , creative concepts , user experience, and how to translate business objectives into outstanding creative work.

You’ll work closely with our UK and UAE leadership teams, leading the creative direction across websites, branding, software interfaces, marketing collateral, presentations, social content, and printed materials.

We already have talented designers and developers. What we’re looking for is someone who can elevate the quality of everything we produce.

Responsibilities

- Lead the creative direction across all client projects.
- Develop original creative concepts and brand identities from scratch.
- Create professional brand guidelines and complete visual identity systems.
- Review and approve all creative work before it is delivered to clients.
- Ensure every project meets a consistently high design standard.
- Work alongside web designers and developers to ensure concepts are translated accurately into finished websites.
- Direct UX and UI decisions for websites and software products.
- Produce or oversee creative work across:
- Branding
- Website design
- Software UI/UX
- Marketing collateral
- Brochures
- Pitch decks
- Social media assets
- Print design
- Mentor and develop the internal design team.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.

Requirements

- 7+ years’ experience in a senior creative, branding or design leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, website design, UI/UX and creative campaigns.
- Proven ability to build brands from concept through to finished execution.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and visual hierarchy.




- Experience creating comprehensive brand identity systems and brand guidelines.
- Strong understanding of contemporary web design principles and responsive design.
- Good understanding of web development so designs can be produced realistically and efficiently.
- Experience designing for UK, US and other international markets.
- Excellent attention to detail and high creative standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

AI & Technology We’re looking for someone who embraces AI rather than fears it.

You should already be comfortable using modern AI creative tools to improve quality, speed and creativity.

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, Photoshop AI, Lovable, or similar AI-powered design platforms would be highly advantageous.

Software Experience

Ideally, you’ll have experience with:

- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- After Effects (advantageous)
- AI-powered creative tools
- Prototyping and UX software
