About the role
We are looking for a Creative Director who is a writer and storyteller at heart.
You should be exceptional at writing scripts and screenplays, developing characters and turning human insights into memorable stories. You will define the creative direction for BlueStone’s films, campaigns and content while staying closely involved in execution.
This is not a review-only role. You will write, edit, direct and work with teams to take ideas from a blank page to the final screen.
What you will do
- Define BlueStone’s creative vision and content language.
- Write scripts, screenplays, campaigns and original content formats.
- Creatively direct brand films, digital campaigns and social content.
- Build characters, stories and recurring properties that BlueStone can own.
- Guide casting, performances, visual treatment, music and editing.
- Work closely with brand, social, design and marketing teams.
- Coordinate with directors, production houses, writers, creators and other partners.
- Build a culture of experimentation, strong ideas and high creative standards.
- Ensure BlueStone’s work is distinctive and not interchangeable with another jewellery brand.
