We are looking for a young, energetic, and creative individual passionate about advertising, branding, and digital marketing in the FinTech space. About the Role:

This is not just a daily social media posting role. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative advertising campaigns that help us attract and educate clients. You will work directly with the founders, gaining hands-on experience in building a financial brand from the ground up and learning how digital marketing directly drives business growth.

What You Will

Do

Creative Advertising & Branding: Develop unique ad concepts, write engaging copy, and design impactful campaigns for digital and offline platforms. Help build marketing collaterals like brochures, presentation decks, and banners.

Content Creation: Produce highly engaging Reels, short videos, carousels, and infographics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Craft compelling website blogs and success stories.

Digital Marketing & SEO: Assist in executing lead generation campaigns, WhatsApp/email marketing,



Google Business Profile management, and technical SEO basics.

AI-Powered Marketing: Leverage modern tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Express AI, and video editing AI to enhance productivity and creativity.

Market Research & Analytics: Track competitor campaigns, analyze social media growth, measure campaign ROI, and prepare insightful weekly performance reports.

Who Should

Apply?

Background: Students or recent graduates in BMM, BMS, BBA, Mass Media, Marketing, Advertising, or any creative discipline. (Candidates with a strong portfolio or personal content page have an added advantage!)

Core Skills: Creative and innovative thinking, strong written English, and a deep passion for brand building.

Technical Skills: Basic graphic design (Canva preferred), video editing, social media management, and familiarity with AI marketing tools.

Requirements: Must be willing to travel to and work from our Vasai office daily.
