We are looking for a agile and results-driven Course Sales Executive to promote and enroll learners into our online certification programs and professional courses. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to understand learners' requirements and recommend suitable courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective learners through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
- Understand learners' educational and career goals and recommend appropriate courses.
- Explain course features, curriculum, certifications, pricing, and enrollment process.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, websites, referrals, and partner institutions.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments while maintaining a high conversion rate.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing learners.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Provide timely responses to learner queries before and after enrollment.
- Collect feedback from learners and share insights to improve sales and customer experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
