Roles and Responsibilities Handle cash UPI and card payments and ensure correct billing Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and service area Follow food safety hygiene and company SOPs at all times Address basic customer queries and resolve minor issues promptly Ensure proper display and presentation of products Coordinate with the preparation team to ensure timely service Refill and manage stock of tea ingredients cups and counter supplies Requirements Experience 1 Years Basic cash handling and billing knowledge preferred Willingness to work in shifts weekends and busy hours Team player with a positive and customer-friendly attitude Prior experience in a cafe tea stall or food outlet is a plus but not mandatory
