Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Counseling & Psychotherapy Faculty/Trainer at Counsel Union. The selected professional will be responsible for conducting online academic sessions for Counseling and Psychotherapy courses, developing course content and study materials, facilitating therapeutic discussions, evaluating learner progress, and delivering an engaging and clinically grounded learning experience for students and mental health professionals enrolled in the program.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver live online sessions for Counseling and Psychotherapy courses
- Create and update course content, case studies, presentations, and study materials
- Facilitate discussions on therapeutic approaches, models, and clinical applications




- Evaluate assignments, reflective journals, role-plays, and learner assessments
- Address student queries and provide academic and clinical guidance
- Stay updated with recent developments in Counseling and Psychotherapy and integrate them into the
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance and update curriculum quality

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Psychotherapy (M.Phil. or Doctoral degree preferred)
- Strong expertise in Counseling Psychology and Psychotherapy theories and approaches (CBT, DBT, Perso Psychodynamic, etc.)
- Experience in teaching, training, or conducting academic or clinical sessions
- Ability to conduct engaging and interactive online classes
- Experience in individual, group, or couples counseling and psychotherapy preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prepare course materials, case-based assignments, and structured assessments
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
