Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Cost Management professional to manage project cost planning, budgeting, estimation, cost control, benchmarking, and value engineering for multiple real estate projects. The role will be responsible for monitoring project costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring budget adherence, optimizing costs, and supporting project teams with commercial and financial insights.

Preferred Qualification / Experience

- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software/tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and commercial practices.
