Job Title: Part time Costing & MIS Executive

We are looking for a Costing & MIS Executive to prepare and maintain monthly location-wise costing and management reports for our project contracting business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly location-wise profit and loss reports
- Update category-wise project expenses and work-done values
- Compare work executed, billing, receipts and payments
- Prepare location-wise cash-flow statements
- Reconcile costing data with accounts and site records
- Track unbilled work, pending bills and outstanding payments
- Highlight unusual expenses, cost overruns and loss-making activities
- Prepare consolidated monthly MIS reports for management
- Assist management with cost analysis and commercial observations

Candidate Requirements:

- B.Com, M.Com, CMA Intermediate or CMA pursuing candidate
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Understanding of costing, accounting and MIS reporting
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC or project-based businesses preferred
- Able to coordinate with accountants and site teams
- Responsible for completing monthly reports within fixed timelines
